Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase, booking a session, or checking the agreement box on any form or checkout page, you are entering into a binding agreement with Tarot and Aura. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Tarot and Aura and supersede all communications of any kind, at any time. Your digital confirmation — including any checkbox, electronic signature, or completed payment made after being presented with these terms — carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable Texas law. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any service from Tarot and Aura.

Services Considered Fully Rendered

All spiritual services provided by Tarot and Aura — including readings, healing sessions, and multi-day programs — are considered fully rendered upon payment. The energetic, intuitive, and spiritual work performed on your behalf begins at the time of purchase and is delivered in full regardless of your perceived outcome. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that services have been rendered in their entirety

All Sales Final

All sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with session content, disagreement with guidance received, or failure to achieve a desired result. This applies to all services, sessions, programs, deposits, and payments made through any format or platform.

No Guarantees

Tarot and Aura is committed to delivering work of the highest integrity and quality. However, results may vary by individual. Spiritual reading and healing is not an exact science — it is a spiritual matter and a progressive process. We offer no promises, warranties, or guarantees of any specific outcome. Any guidance you receive and choose to act upon is solely of your own free will and is your responsibility alone — not that of Tarot and Aura in any degree.

Right to Refuse Service

Tarot and Aura reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate service to any individual at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided at booking. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information you submit. Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Purchases and Payment

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete. Tarot and Aura may utilize third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. By submitting payment, you authorize us to share necessary information with those processors as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
