Refund Policy
No Refunds
All sales are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason, at any time, under any circumstances. All services are considered fully rendered upon payment. The nature of spiritual work is inherently personal and subjective — outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or applied as a credit toward any service or product. Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable but will receive a one-time credit valid for 90 days.
Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Confirmation may be completed by phone, text message, or email. If your appointment has not been confirmed at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled.
No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the session with no credit, no reschedule, and no refund issued.
This policy applies to all bookings made online, by phone, by text, or by any other means.
